Really liked the arcades with my gf, which were all available to you for only £20 for a whole day. You can come in and out at any time, as long as you have the bracelet. The staff ladies were really friendly too

2023 Review - July - This place is still awesome. The game selection has grown and shrunk a lot over the may times I've visited but the trend in 2023 seems to be that a lot of the reliability issues have gone away. In my last visit everything was working. Twin machines were linked, Seats were able to be moved by the kids, buttons worked, lightguns were accurate and only 2 machines (out of the 70+ machines, plus consoles plus giant plasmas) seemed to be actualy down and out. a lot of screens seem to have been replaced or serviced also. Basically a better offering all round :)Staff are friendly (and always have been) and it's a friendly environment to enjoy. Total hilight is the 8 player Daytona USA setup which has all the shifters and feedback working. btu there's plenty of other gems here that, if you used to frequent arcades, you won't have [played for ages! Recomended. Go!

The biggest and the best free play Arcades venue in London. The owner is really cool and friendly. Great selection of classic video games. Probably the only place in UK to have the cult classic PropCycle! Been here twice and had an amazing time. Great value for the price. Highly recommend it.

Stumbled upon this place while wandering around Croydon. Staff were really friendly, and it’s a great set up. £20 entry fee, unlimited gaming! Wide selection of games. Would recommend.

What an awesome place. My kids absolutely loved it. It's got a brilliant mix of retro gaming (SF2, Tekken, SNES, Neo Geo etc..) and then PS4/PS5 and Nintendo Switch gaming on massive 100 Panasonic Monitors :)You've also got Air Hockey and Table Tennis and a place to get cold drinks downstairs.Staff are really friendly and helpful and you can lose 4 hours in there very easily.We'll definitely be back soon"

What's not to love about this place? Fantastic range of arcade cabinets and games, actual CRT TVs hooked up to retro consoles for that authentic nostalgia feeling (Mega Drive, N64, SNES, Playstation), giant 90 inch TVs hooked up to more modern consoles (PS4 with FIFA, WiiU with Mario Kart, Switch with Smash Bros, etc).I had an absolute blast with all the brilliant range of light gun and racing arcade cabinets. I initially thought the price of £20pp entry fee was fairly steep, but I spent 2.5hrs here (felt more like 30mins cos of all the fun I had) so I definitely hope to return soon. They also have cheaper entry fees for children and people who only want to spectate.I'd recommend going with people who are into gaming as well, otherwise it feels like your wife/sister/whoever isn't into gaming is just sat there waiting for you.The only downside to this place I'd say is that some of the cabinets really need some upkeep. I was looking forward to playing some Time Crisis 2, but unfortunately the guns are in reality poor condition, with the recoil often getting stuck and worst of all was that some of the gun cabinets are not calibrated properly which really sucked the fun out of it.Otherwise, it's a great place and I'll be here again soon.

With most arcades these days comprising of ticket machines, 2p machines and other uninspired antics. It was refreshing to find a proper arcade with most of the hit games like The house of the dead, Sega Rally, Daytona USA, Soul Caliber, Point Blank etc. The value is outstanding £15 all day entrance fee for unlimited credits on all the machines. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mark, who was a lovely guy that was helping customers and answering questions. If you love the arcades of yesteryear you cannot go wrong with this venue.

Such a wondrous place to be! I have visited here with friends twice now and on both occasions I have been blown away by the experience! It has certainly allowed me to unwind especially after a long month of studies or work. Thank you for existing Heart of Gaming! ❤️❤️

Amazing place! 20 pounds entry fee, and you can stay as long as you like and play all machines on free play! All arcade machines and consoles we grew up with, if you are a millennial, you will come back here and spend hours on hours! Staff is also great, friendly and cool! Will be back many times!

We came for the only 8 player Daytona left in Europe. Probably the best arcade centre in the UK!We made the trip down from central London on Saturday 04/02/23. £20 entry per adult for all day unlimited play, with a wristband allowing for re-entrance during the day. On weekends both the street entrance and the shopping centre entrance is open, which is great as access to the toilets are less than a minute's walk outside the arcades in the shopping centre. The venue is spetacularly huge, easily catering to our group of 25. Outside food and drinks are allowed in, with a designated seating area for consumption. In additon there was an entire section dedicated to console games. Most of the machines we played were in relatively good working order, very important when competing against friends for bragging rights. Would have loved to have seen a punching bag machine, however there are so many games you are spoilt for choice. All in all a very good day out at the arcades.
