Called up to buy a car (reasonably rare spec). We live 150 miles away so had to do the purchase remotely. Made our buying intention clear, didnt mess around, was assured that the car was ours. Sorted finance, and was in the middle of sorting delivery when we called to arrange and was told they have sold to someone else. So now we have a hard search on our credit file and no car to buy. Two salesmen obviously don't talk to each other, or are happy to lie/be deceitful to gain a sale. Really upset at the way we've been treated from what markets itself as a personable dealership.

I saw a V90 on the forecourt , so went in to look at it the first chance I got. Steven handed me the keys and just left me to it and didn't hover over me like some places do.I phoned the next day and told Steven I was interested, so arranged a test drive the following Saturday. I drove the car and ( after background checks on the car ), decided to buy. We came to an agreement for the part ex of my XC60 and I paid the deposit. The sale ran very smoothly without and hassles. I will definitely buy from Steven again.Update October 2023. Car needed a minor repair, Steven sorted it out without any dramas etc.
