Driving through Horsham west Sussex this morning at 09.00-09.30am, coming round the one way system after the train station and watched a Howdens lorry blow through a give way, the bus coming the other way (who also had right of way), how the bus did not hit the truck was a miracle. I don't even think the truck driver even knew what went on or did not care, should have the royal warrant removed for the driving.Tried to call the customer services and you just get music playing.Very unprofessional, I know see why they don't allow comments on their Facebook page.

Orderd a beautiful kitchen. When being fitted the tall end panels were bumpy not a smooth finish. 16 panels later. Still not smooth and to be told. That's the best you going to get. I'm not happy. Obviously poor quality control. Asked for someone from head office to ring us but they can't do that. Everyone we have shown agree they wouldn't accept the poor quality

Awful. Speaking to someone called Becky from the accounts team. She got very aggressive over the phone and when I tried to intervene to clarify a point they hung up on me. Customer service at its best. I urge everyone to stay well clear.

Extremely disappointed to have been let down by the Howdens recommended fitter. Ian Dudley was paid in full but never returned to complete the job despite all my attempts to contact him. I hope Howdens review their recommended fitters to ensure that no one else is left with an incomplete kitchen.
