Specialty coffee, friendly baristas and lovely food. Surprisingly, their prices are not crazy high.Wish their chairs were a little more comfortable.

I've discovered this recently opened café by Richmond bridge in late December 2019 and have been a regular visitor since. The staff is super friendly, making everyone feel special and individually looked after, the coffee is great and their home made soups of the day are just sick! Can't have enough of them! Additionally, original idea of sharing the space with a bonsai tree florist and a furniture shop makes them stand out from the crowd of dull coffee shops Richmond is so full of. Could use a few sofas and generally a bit more seating but I'm sure that'll come in its time. Very welcome new addition to Richmond's hot beverage and home food landscape!

A cool contemporary space, light and spacious. Such good coffee, cake and savoury snacks, but the best thing about this before is the staff! Every time I've been there they have been friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!

This is a lovely café – next-door to a shop selling wonderful furniture, plants, and other objects – in a central location close to Richmond Bridge and Hill. There’s a varied menu of fresh produce. We would particular recommend it for breakfast and brunch. The coffee is excellent too.

Lovely staffs, the cafe was clean and had good atmosphere with Japanese style. Also, there were art works displayed in the wall and it made me feel like I was in gallery too.Foods were good especially my Yoghurt pot and cake. They were reasonable and generous portion. Coffee flavour was amazing. I can tell that they used nice coffee beans.I will definitely visit there again. Strongly recommend this place.

Service was very slow and the coffee had a very bitter aftertaste. I ordered a white Americano and was given a thimble sized portion of milk. Cake was very dry and inedible as though it had spent too long on the counter

Went there for breakfast on 8th April 2023 . Have been there before a couple of times and found it ok. Coffee good staff nice if a bit casual. Today was a whole other story. I know the yard where the outside toilets are has the feel of a Victorian prison yard but the toilets today had joined it. No toilet paper, toilets filthy with one having the floor awash with an unidentified liquid. It was clear that no one had looked at either since at least close of business yesterday. If staff cannot be asked to make sure basic hygiene is taken care of, what else are they being careless about? No breakfast pastries. 20 minutes after we ordered our coffees and a poached egg dish the food finally arrived and 5 minutes later we saw raw pastries going to the oven. Sad to say that is the last time we will be going there. I had hopes for this place but the nearest I am to seeing Great Expectations delivered is the Dickensian condition of the toilets first thing on a Saturday morning. Never again I’m afraid.

We loved it there until today when toilets were in dire state, no loo roles/handtowrls, overflowing bins, liquid of sorts all over floor in both toilets. Croissants were made late. Shame. I love their coffee though and the friendly staff…
