Bad experience and not recommended to do alterations. We spent more than 100 pounds on the throws to make curtains. They made the curtains short even though we gave them the measurements. We had to phone them a few times and go to the shop and phone a few times more. When we were calling the shop it seemed the Chinese whispering, we never spoke directly with the person who actually made the curtains and that make things more difficult to sort out and to be clear. Moreover they made us PAY the full amount of the repair after all the hassle. Actions speak louder than words and a company with this attitude toward the customer can’t go far. We hope we are the last people with this kind of mistake or at least they learn to handle the mistakes in a more straightforward and kind way.
