Today we had to visit Cardiff practice for our bulldog narla as she was poorly, we were thinking the worse as she took a turn for the worse but I cant thank Jess enough for being so reassuring and supportive on the journey we had to go through.Without your reassurance we would not have got through it..again thank you so much jess and definitely moving forward we want you to be narla vet even if we have to travel to cardiff practice for her visits xx

Our first visit and the service we received was very kind and friendly from reception to the vet.

I've been with these vets for my cat for a few years now they have been brilliant. Attentive and caring and always professional. Cannot recomend highly enough.

Absolutely amazing and caring staff, gave me all the time I needed for decisions which I unfortunately chose to put my dog to sleep, come home to day with a beautiful card. Highly recommended

Had to have my dog put down recently, staff were really kind and thoughtful all the way through the process. Didn’t rush us even when we needed time to have a bit of a cry, they even put up some signs and a candle to let other people know to talk softly as we were saying goodbye to our beloved boy. Staff asked if they were able to take some nose and paw prints for us which we really appreciated.

Amazing vets and couldnt ask for a better one. We swapped bella here and she loves the staff and they are amazing with advice and don't turn their noses up at you. Love love love

Honestly cannot thank these vets enough, our Irish red setter puppy was very poorly and being our first dog we were petrified. Thanks to the swift action of Gabi and her team she was back home with us the following day and back to her bright self a few days later. From the first hour of leaving her until the last we were kept fully informed the entire way which was so comforting. We are so so grateful and cannot thank you enough for saving our little girl! You really did go above and beyond and clearly love all animals you have! *Visited the ponty branch and cardiff*
