When I was looking for a colourist to grade my short film ‘IF IT WERE DONE’ my good friend Jim Page (an excellent and award winning editor) recommended Rebecca Goodeve and the team at Saku Productions so I gave her a call. I wasn’t disappointed. Rebecca is very friendly and approachable and helped me through the process to get my film looking just the way I wanted it to look. Saku Productions has fantastic facilities in their dedicated grading suite and Rebecca was happy to take the time to show me different options and experiment. She also helped me source last minute vfx work from the team, to remove a reflection which we had previously missed on the film, at very short notice.IF IT WERE DONE was recently accepted into the prestigious Oscar accredited LA Shorts International Film Festival, and I feel sure that the excellent colour grade was no small contributing factor.
