I phoned willow garage last minute as my car was stranded with a flat battery.Chris was very prompt and sent someone out within the hour even though he doesn't do call outs.Even though I have never used willow garage before and don't know Chris he wouldn't accept any payment for his services.If I could give willow garage a higher score I would.Cheers Chris.

Baught a car that was mot,d from here 6 months before and the car is a death trap. Garage wasn't prepared to do anything. Ministry of transport won't help as its exceeded there policy of 3 month for corrosion. But there is so much corrosion the subframe gave way. Had to scrap the car
