One the great coffee shop franchiseI am mobility impaired and my wheelchair managed to get in and my carer got the coffee.I could have got them myself but it was their turn to pay.

Nice staff,long queue but they got through it quite quickly. Food overpriced but when is Starbucks not. Nice upper floor with some excellent window seats.

Went to get the new Halloween drink from this store, was absolutely rammed what is understandable. However, I had a transaction go through and showed 2 staff members it had gone through and was told it hadn't gone through on their side and it was not their issue". I also found the staff member who took my order to be rude and abrupt (I don't go to star bucks often (sue said she needed my name first before an order could be placed

Nice Starbucks in the middle of Bristol, staff were friendly and a good store overall. Had plenty of seats on ground floor as well and further seating on the second level. Lots of power points to charge your devices which makes it great to do some work from. Recommended

The lady who served me was lovely, super helpful and friendly. Also helped me to the loo with my baby and made sure I found a seat. Brilliant. Will definitely visit again.

Always short staffed. Always got upstairs shut due to lack of staff" even though downstairs is crammed. Probably just don't wanna clean upstairs last min

The coolest and sweetest girl at the Starbucks near Cabot Circus shopping centre made me drink for me today. Although it wasn’t on the menu she still found a way to make the drink I wanted and charge me correctly. She ended up having loads left over after making my drink so gave me two!!! I think the name tag she was wearing said ‘Simon’ or ‘Simone’, but she had dark hair and super cool eyebrows piercings. And she was really pretty! Honestly so lovely, she made my day!!! Also my drink tasted incredible, best I’ve ever had from Starbucks!!!

Great location as it’s right in the centre of a busy shopping street.We really enjoyed our warm drink in their huge glass mugs, and their pastry (chocolate twist).Would be nicer if tables were cleaned more frequently as when you enter the cafe the first thing you notice (while looking for a place to sit) is a few tables with mugs and plates from previous customers that had already left the premises.

Unfortunately they got my order wrong, but the guy was so apologetic I felt bad for pointing it out, mistakes happen we're all human. My cookies and cream frappachino was just amazing though.
