Shame you cant rate in the minus as that's what I want to give this place, placed an order via barrow eats at around 6pm with an estimated delivery time of 7.20pm however at 7.50pm no sign of the food so I rang the shop where I was told the driver was on his way .....8.15pm the food finally arrived and it was not worth the wait!!! The driver then charged me £2.50 delivery despite paying via barrow eats and being 55mins late...the food was cold and had solidified and then I picked the chips up out of the carrier bag the paper bag (due to being in there so long had caused condensation which turned the paper bag to mush) burst all over the floor ......a disgusting end to a farce of an order ....I will stick to ruby's in future

Ordered twice from here first time was lovely couldnt fault it. Yesterday we ordered again 3 hours for delivery, which under the current circumstances we let slide, we purposuly ordered no chicken in one dish as partner has allergy to chicken, so whole dish was thrown away and unable to be eaten. Both times we've ordered we spent over £40, both times the free chicken wings you should get were not provided, today me and both my partner have been violently sick and rather poorly. The young lad who answers the phone was very polite and appologetic we did feel for him as you could tell he's under a huge amount of stress. After our terrible experience and how poorly we both are today we won't be returning. The 2 stars are for the lad answering the phone 0 would of been given if it wasn't for him.

Ordered from here for first time in years! Use to absolutely love this place and their food, but i won't be going back, the shredded chicken was vile, got a massive crunch in my mouth when eating it that sounded like glass on inspection it was bone! Safe to say it knocked me sick and went in the bin, The chicken balls were cremated and looked like they had been made months ago! The beef in mushroom sauce was jellified, Spent £30 and waited 2 hours for it to arrive even after phoning and them telling me it had just left it still took another 30 mins to get to me! So no surprise it wad cold, such a shame for what use to be a really great Chinese
