So glad I found this place. Staff are so friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. Prices are very good, much cheaper than most places I've been before. I order from their delivery service once a week too. The quality of their products are always very good and fresh both in store and delivery.

I have been using this cash and carry for many years. It is always clean with friendly staff. Wide selection of products and well stocked. Can't fault. Top marks.

I am sorry that I mistakenly posted this last time as a neighbouring Japanese supermarket. My impression on my first visit today was exactly like a big market in Hong Kong or Dalian, especially fresh food. The parking lot is spacious, bus stop side, recommended for bulk purchases.

Best Asian supermarket in the south east. I go here for my weekly shopping ever since they opened.

We've been here numerous of times for one thing or another and have yet to had any problems with the product or service.They cater to mainly oriental foods but have a few English items on sale here, if you're familiar with other oriental stores, you'll pretty much know what's they offer.Best way to get here is via car but if you're taking public transport, Charlton is your best bet, which uses Thameslink/southeastern. For buses Anchor & Hope Lane (Stop G), buses 472/486 or Woolwich Road Victoria Way, buses 161, 177, 180 and N1.Recommended.

The parking area is large so no need to worry about you cannot park your car. The price is all going up now apparently. I bought a pack of rice cake there for £3.49 and found out that some other shop is selling it for £1.89. A pack of mushrooms was sold £1.99, but some other shops are selling it for £1.69 or £3 for 2.

If i can give 0 star, i will definitely do it. I visited this supermarket this afternoon (5/12/23) and bought some food including box of pears, big pack of snack, cake and 2 packs of morning glory. When I place the goods at the till to pay, I forgot to put 2 packs of morning glory on the till and still left it in basket because I was thinking about somethings else and didn't focus on the till. I moved to other side of till and asked cashier for a bag to put my goods in and I just accidentally put 2 packs of morning glory in shopping bag as I think cashier had done with those and just finished packaging and paid and left. The security guy stopped me at the door and ask to check bill, I was a bit shocked because the first time i have been asked for it apart from shopping in Costco but I was ok to let him check the bill. He told me that 2 pack of morning glory were not in the bill and I again was shocked because i even didn't remember how they scan my goods. I came back to the till and asked cashier why it happened and told her to help me make payment for those packs. However, manager came and told me that I need to come to his place and wait for the police. I tried to explain to him that i just accidentally forgot to put those packs on the till and I even didn't remember how they scan and process the payment as i just wait cashier and paid what she said. He didn't listen to me and call police. When police came, I explained the situation and they still forced me to sign in letter call Ban Notice Duc Tien Cash and Carry" and they treated me like an offender. They didn't let me go without signing in that letter and the manager was the person ticked on box "Shoplifting". I am really disappointed with the way they do with client. I often came here for shopping for my family.This action seriously offended my honor and dignity. I hope no one will be treated like that and the shop owner need to reconsider this shameful behaviour of the manager. I will contact with my lawyer as they forced me to sign if i want to leave that place. I'm not an offender and I'm not satisfied with this. Although I paid for 2 pack of morning glory today but I left them there

Parking.Loads of space so that is great.Shop: it is not a pretty store and in the winter it can be very cold! It is more of a warehouse.Range: there is a fairly decent range of items. You should be able to find the majority of items. Some items are cheaper than many well known super markets. There a good selection of exotic fruit.Covid 19 friendly. I didn't see any place offering hand sanitizers. If it was there, I didnt see it. That means you can't clean the trolleys. There is a lot of space and it is quiet so it was possible to keep a safe distance.Queuing time: last time it was slow but it depends on the customer. Last time we went, it was fairly quick.Location. It can be tricky to find the entrance! It is off a roundabout on a residential street.
