Everyone knows that the best-loved fragrances come from Le Labo, but the team in this branch is truly amazing with their commitment to service, their in-depth understanding of your needs, so that you leave this place with a smile on your face.

Staff was so helpful and let me hang while I couldn’t decide over which smell to get. They also have a hand washing station in the back where you can try out soaps. I really liked this place, cool vibe and their newspaper was hilarious!!

Pretty expensive perfumes but so good and service is very good.Everything is customized for you.

Ella's was fantastic very Knowledgeable about the brand. And gave us Yeah, seasonal recommendations will definitely be returning, thank you again. Love The Family

From the minute I walked in Lewis made me feel welcome and valued. I've been a fan of Le Labo from the start and found out I don't have to wait until September to get my city exclusive replenished. Lewis is a shining example of excellent customer service. Thank you

Customer service was really disappointing. I was greeted as I entered by a sales assistant who seemed disengaged due to her having a conversation with another sales person or friend as I walked in. The scents were interesting but I was expected to exactly describe what I wanted rather than get any help or guidance in discovering the best scent for me. Felt like it was trying too hard to be exclusive. Will not be back.

Great customer service and suggestions!! Two of the staffs (24June afternoon) in store were super supportive and helpful!! Defo way better than the store in Covent Garden (just standing there and ignored the customers)

Love their fragrances. Nothing like them anywhere. But disappointed when went to the soho store recently and bought a new bottle. Was given free samples only to find later they were just pure alcohol. No scent at all. You’d expect better after spending £168 albeit that these were loyalty ‘gifts’.

We were met by staff member Lewis who appeared to be the only one in the store at the time. My partner and I are both Black men and unfortunately this sometimes does cause a level of anxiety in others which we have to factor in when out doing ordinary things such as walking into a store to buy cologne as it can impact negatively on our experience.I did sense some anxiety in Lewis which as I said is expected, we didn't get jokes, smiles, laughs or any of that warm welcome from him and that may be down to his personality however, what we did get was professionalism.He gave us all the information we asked about the products, eased some of our concerns, gave us additional product and even discount information, gave us sample products and explained what they were, offered free sprays of displayed colognes and in the end we purchased the largest bottle of Santal 33 which was beautifully packaged.This was a positive experience and we will return to shop again.
