Love that they’re friendly. Love that they’re happy to put extra coffee in for those who want a deeper coffee flavour. Love that they offer our dog pawpuchinos and allow them to cool off from the heat inside where there is air con. Love that you can get the click and collect from the drive thru, makes the process very quick if no queue/ ordered on the app.

Rude staff was spoken to very Rudely when I question the price saying I was wrong when I wasn't no apology was given. They say they do a 25p off when you use your own cup however had to remind them to add them . Also the price to order through the app and in the store or drive through are different . Left feeling upset and humiliated. Yummy drinks thou just a shame that none of the staff seems to care about their customers.

Dogs allowed which is amazing and a great vegan choice of savoury, sweet and ant milks. Good for you Starbucks, beat Costa hands down.

I had a great experience at Starbucks recently. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made my visit a pleasant one. The caramel macchiato I had was really good - it was well-made and tasted delicious. Overall, I was happy with my visit to Starbucks and would recommend it to others.

The thing I like about Starbucks is how the staff are so helpful and really pay attention to your order. Thanks to all the staff who make your day just a little better with a great tasting drink! Recommend iced pumpkin latte made with oat milk ... really good!

Coffee is always good. Service from those on the tills is great however I find it bizarre that they accept so many orders and have 8-10 people waiting at the end of the counter.
