Needed to source an exact match for some driveway edgings. Alan actually traced round a possible match and emailed it to me, so I could confirm it was correct, then processed my order and arranged delivery immediately. Brilliant!

I wouldn’t recommend buying outdoor porcelain grout from here. I recently bought some nexus porcelain paving grout, which is quite expensive around £50, and came to use it at the weekend and found the one of packets had already been opened and both packets where 1 and a half years pasts the manufacturers recommended 12 month un-opened shelf life. I informed bannisters and they offered no apology or resolution. I felt they were unaware of the manufacturers recommended shelf life so are not checking products they have in stock or if somethings returned as it’s likely the box I bought some else had returned after opening.
