Don't walk into this store if you are brown. You won't get the reception you hoped for. There is a young lad who is very helpful but the manager was nasty, sarcastic and unhelpful as well as a liar. His face changed the minute I walked onto the premises. Could not bring myself to give him my money even though the young lad did a great job of explaining things to me and I really needed a chainsaw. Disappointing there are still people like this around.

I've used them for machine repair on several occasions. Their work is excellent although they do get very busy and turnaround can be slow. Their costs are reasonable

The first-time i called in just to browse the lawnmowers, hedge cutters and strimmers, Andy I believe to be the owner and the staff we're Very helpful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of garden machinery and different makes of machines which i found very helpful when asking questions about the different makes and models.
