I really look forward to Thursday morning Pilates with Angela. I am so pleased I found such a great teacher to help me on my postnatal journey. Angela is so knowledgable and is always available for a chat and to help with any pain problems or injuries and always has great advice. She gives personalised feedback, even via zoom, to ensure that I am doing an exercise correctly. I am feeling stronger and more confident in myself and it’s so lovely to see the improvements I’ve made each week. Thank you Angela!

Angela is super talented and an incredible teacher. I have been lucky enough to train with Angela for a number of years now and she helps me with every issue I have as well as keeps me progressing.Pilates has really helped me with my general mobility and stability and is a fantastic way to spend an hour!

I’ve done many Pilates classes over the years and Angela is one of the best instructors. She’s a real specialist in prenatal and postnatal exercise. As well as making me feel stronger to get back to sport after 3 kids, she’s a kind and caring person towards all of her clients.

Physically Fit Pilates for Women in Oxford
I really enjoyed the prenatal pilates classes, even though they had to be through zoom. Angela is a lovely teacher, very involved, clear in giving instructions, and the classes are diverse. As someone who is normally keen on doing sports, it is great to still be able to exercise during pregnancy in a safe way. It is also mentally strengtening to feel you're preparing your body for labour and postnatal recovery.

I thoroughly enjoyed attending Angela’s prenatal Pilates classes. She is very warm and open and will suggest alternative exercises for people based on their needs. I really appreciated when she would walk round and make tweaks / adjustments to people’s postures. It’s these little things that really made a difference and what I miss from doing online sessions.Attending the classes also opened up a new network for me, which being new to the area has really helped.I’m looking forward to attending Angela’s post natal classes!

Angela’s Pilates classes have been brilliant. It’s so nice to feel stronger and more prepared for Labour and birth. She is very knowledgeable and I feel safe in class that I’m doing the right things for my body. Would highly recommend for pre natal classes and hope to do some post natal ones after baby come!

Angela's Pilates classes are the best I have ever come across...and I have tried quite a few over the years! Angela is highly experienced and knowledgeable and her classes are always varied and enjoyable. She is a very positive, supportive person and encourages people to reach their individual goals in a realistic way. Although specialising in pre and post natal pilates, her 'standard' Pilates classes are also excellent and suitable for all - male or female, old or young. I am delighted that Angela is now running group sessions via Zoom and would encourage anyone to try them.

Angela is a fantastic coach, she really knows her stuff and shows great attention to everyone in the class as an individual. I take her postnatal class, and her knowledge on all things regarding postnatal recovery is fantastic, she always has an answer to any question and can talk about exercises for any ailment off the top of her head. The classes are great, pitched perfectly and never two the same. I would really recommend her to anyone!

Physically Fit Pilates for Women in Oxford
I attended Angela's prenatal Pilates classes from the 18th week of my second pregnancy until the 40th and enjoyed every one. She is an excellent instructor, really motivating and also extremely personable. Thanks to Angela, I felt fit and strong throughout my pregnancy and only wish I had attended her classes when I was pregnant with my first baby. The difference was incredible! I am now attending her postnatal classes and will be recommending them to any local friends who become pregnant.
