Fast appointments, very good services, all the employees are polite and with a smile that helps you get rid of the stress of the exam. I hope in the future I can have a personal GP to follow me

I met Hind yesterday who was the assigned nurse for my blood test. She was very diligent and noticed that I needed to be fasting to do the blood test and quickly booked me for a new appointment today. I came in today and it was seamless of a process. Hind is bubbly, happy, and managed to take the blood sample without me feeling uncomfortable at all, let go of any pain whatsoever. Thanks Hind and thanks to the health care centre. You have got a great team here!

I have been registered at this clinic for over a year now, and am moving to another GP. I advise anyone considering registering at this clinic to think carefully. So far, I have tried to make an appointment at this GP through phone and app over 10 times, but the only successful appointment I had was after calling 111 and then being transferred to this clinic (of course, the personnel at the clinic advised me not to call 111, as they didn’t think my situation was urgent enough). In reality, I was experiencing body aches all over and couldn’t function normally for work or study. Upon my request, this clinic drew two tubes of blood from me, only to test for diabetes (I am only 26 years old). In fact, I am studying in a healthcare laboratory at RCA and have many doctor friends. I just wanted to ascertain the level of inflammation in my body, but in the end, nothing came out of it. Once, I wanted to get a vaccine shot, I went in person, but the receptionist told me to book online. Okay, if you don’t manage to get through on the phone before 9 am, you can forget about getting an appointment for the day. But usually, you need to wait for an hour to get through, and then you’d receive rather perfunctory responses. If it’s a more urgent matter, they would recommend you to go to the emergency center and cancel your appointment. If it’s not urgent, they’d think you don’t need to come in. You need to be sick just enough but not too severely for them to possibly take a look at you.

Hind was amazing. Got my blood first time which never happens! She was very friendly, personable and made me feel at ease - and I don’t like blood or needles.

I had an appointment with practice nurse Chloe and it was honestly one of the best medical appointments I’ve ever had. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail, gave me the opportunity to ask questions and voice any concerns. The procedure I had was quick and easy, and she again explained everything throughout. I felt totally at ease and reassured. What a lovely person!

I went to have two sets of blood tests and Hind was amazing. Always puts the patient first, at ease and a smile on everyone’s faces. She is very professional, efficient and friendly!

This is one of the best health and dental practices I have ever been to. All the staff are exceptional and cannot do enough to help you. They lead the way for the NHS. I had an appointment there, but thanks to my good navigation skill, I almost missed my appointment as reached there after getting appointment cancellation text. I am so thankful that Lora at reception desk talked to the nurse about my situation and they booked me a reappointment at the same day few minutes later. I am really grateful that, it saved me from revisiting another day for same thing.
