I am talking about children social services. Rude,unprofessional, arogent staffs. I had horrible experience. They don't care about children. Perfect example for organisational injustice, corruption. I am preying this place to close soon. If they are open, demostic abuse rate will never reduce because staff doesn't even know the definition of abuse. Or maybe they change the definition because of abuse to make their job easy. Please please please Allah shut this place before they cause more damage to other families. Ameen

Useless. Utterly useless. They blow things way out of proportion for families and end up ruining homes and relationships within. Unfortunately they are unable to handle individual circumstances with sensitivity and bracket families into a child protection scheme even without incidents. Better to tailor a plan to the families needs than to force a family to comply with services that are unnecessary and put a huge strain on lives. Disappointing service.

Extremely unprofessional service! Social worker makes appointment fails to attend on time. Yesterday a social worker was meant to come and she wasted my evening did not turn up at all. No consideration for people with small kids and SEN kids, very disappointed with the lack of support provided by social workers. Clearly the lady assigned to me needs more professional training her approach is very rude, does not give me her work details, full name email etc. when i asked her response was abrupt and rude! When i call the main social services number for towerhamlets no one picks up, it rings and goes to voicemail. Please when you employ staff do a proper background check and employ staff that have good time management skills and communication skills.

Children service staff is really rude , unprofessional and stalker. I’m impressed how they can still work and be open. Especially the manager is unbelievable how treat people, shout in the phone and coming in your house without any appointment.Hope this centre will close soon and reopen one with people has qualifications to do this job properly.

The worst social worker ever come to your house with no consent what so ever lied about stuff and also making assumption that is not even real . It is breaking my family apart i really hope this shut down please shut it down . stupieat social worker named johan should be fired go work in McDonald’s instead disgracefull

I was ringing for a Deaf person who lives in London I waited for over 10 mins this is my 3 try !!! The voice on the prompter good but hopeless the web site hopeless I live in West Yorkshire

I've read alot reviews here about the social services I must be one of the lucky ones, ive had some of best social worker ever famuda, Lilly and some of the names I forgot because I had maybe 10 or more.Really good serviceThanks

If you have problems with this child trafficker just report them straight away to citizens advise we need to stop those dangerous people from destroying life os some good people. Please report them straight if you have any problem with them
