I have had problems with my fish due to illness. I called aquatics to you door for help and advice. They were so helpful, especially Dannie. Problem was diagnosed with a few pictures that I had sent them. They gave me plenty of advice and have made follow up calls to me to see how things were going. My tank went from this to very sick fish in two or three days. Customer service is second to none and I am very grateful.

Do not use this company, completely unprofessional and lack of customer service. I had ordered fish for delivery with a week wait so there was adequate time to inform me that they where no longer in stock but instead they decide to inform me they couldn’t ship my entire order due to a few items unavailable and notify me of this at 4:15 the day before delivery and will no longer answer the phone or email. Stay well away many better fish delivery companies out there than this one.

I decided to try this company for a change as I thought the fish may have a nicer journey than me bringing them home by car in the footwell but I was sadly mistaken.The order in my opinion as an experienced fish keeper was not as expected and the fish were not ‘large’ as described and the conditions were also not good.They arrived in stone cold water, 5 obviously dead out of 10 neons (which they did refund for me the next day), the rest not looking very clever and the angel fish certainly not ‘medium’.Within the last 4 days every single one of the fish i ordered have died, 2 of the snails have died and all that remains is 4 Batman snails out of an order which cost me £64. 15 out of 19 ordered fish/snails have all perished within 4 days.I will await their response to my email to see whether or not any refund will be offered but I am doubtful.Stay away and go to your local stores.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Bought some peacock cichlids, firemouth cichlid, catfish, pleco type fish, guppies and tetras from this company and the fish are beautiful. They arrived when stated, well packaged and the heat pack was still warm-they had a long journey up to Scotland! They are thriving in their new home. Highly recommended the peacocks as they have the most amazing colouring!

I got my second order of fish today. Really happy. The fish are very healthy and well packed on both deliveries I had. Will be definitely using Aquatics to your door again.

Brought online however i went to pick them up myself as it wasn't to far. They were packed nicely and keep warm with a warm pack while travelling as they needed to remain a certain temp the corals and marine fishes looked healthy when i got them home. First time I've bought fishes online i would definitely buy from Aquatics to your door again.

Would not use again as I've learned your better seeing fish in person. Was sold these Ob peacocks and told they are yellow Obs obviously they are orange and despite my emails the company don't believe that they are not yellow instead informing me they are poor quality that's why they look orange instead of yellow if I'd been advised that before ordering I would have left them. My tanks are fully stocked and all they are offering is a few free fish on the next order despite me stating I don't need or want more fish. I asked to be refunded just for the fish that do not match their description but they are now ignoring my emails.

My delivery was a Saturday slot and when it arrived, all the fish and plants were In very good condition, the packaging was excellent, all fish climatised and were put into my tank, no losses and the Clown Loach that I received were perfect.Would not hesitate to order again.
