Took a while to get my partner to go to the dentist because of childhood trauma with a certain dentist, she went to see Charlie the dentist and ended up running out the door not receiving any treatment due to his arrogance and not taking into consideration the pain he was causing her. He trained in Africa seemingly think it was on a Safari park you do well to avoid this practice

Since few year ago nice man i forget name is good to me, but from last 2021 I think change to new dentist I decide not go back. My son said new dentist is alright, he transferred to Clackmannanshire dentist. My husband did go there n said okay he had buy his dentist.

Very rude and unhelpful receptionist whodiscriminated against my disability and told me to leave with my assistance dog. Dentist was very unhelpful too and told us not to come back. Now found a fantastic dentist nearer home who welcomed my dog and me.

I've always been a bit apprehensive about going to the dentist due to some bad experiences as a child (mostly due to me not looking after my teeth). I have been attending this dentist for over a year now and have had 4 visits, 2 Check-ups and two fillings. The dentist and staff have all been very friendly and professional. Having fillings is never going to be a great experience, but having them pain free, in a relaxed and calming atmosphere helps a lot. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I have to say my experience so far has been very good - receptionist very helpful and got me signed up very quickly and booked in for check up. When having treatment dentist was quite thorough and carried out without any pain and as mentioned elsewhere injection painless. Having had above experience I find the negative comments on here very strange.
