When i started working Benham Precision of which in the 11 years I worked there, I found I it to be an enjoyable workplace and was happy to be working there. However as time past I saw a deterioration of the working and behaviour towards the staff, which I felt was inappropriate and unnecessary. I therefore decided to leave and find better working conditions elsewhere, which I have now done.
