Got me a new Smok Mag mod and a Vandy Vape Kensei rta and some of my favourite juices. Great customer service, the staff are passionate about vaping and helpful with feedback.

The shop exhibits a commendable inventory, yet the pricing of the individual vape juice products may be considered quite high.

Ordered on a Saturday. Received an email stating that my order would be collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Received no further emails regarding delivery, when I emailed them I received no response. I then had to phone them to find my tracking details. I was told that there would be no tracking details, and my order wasn't being collected until Tuesday due to a stock take on Monday! This I didn't find out until Tuesday morning when I had taken Tuesday off of work to wait for a delivery as I have had issues with Parcelforce before taking parcels to the wrong address, delivering to neighbours and not leaving a card, or delivering to a shop on the other side of my home town and not leaving a card. Severely disappointed.
