Handsworth Dental Care

Sam is the best hygienist I have seen, hence my 5 stars, she is excellent at her job, puts you at ease and does a really good clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Saddened to see some really good dentists from this practice move on, I’ve got friends and family who have used this dental practice for years but unfortunately their recent experiences with the new dentists at the practice don’t fill me with confidence. Such a shame for what has always been a great practice previously giving excellent dental care.

Lovely receptionist very polite. As a wearer of dentures I can honestly say that I have had the most comfortable sets of dentures I have ever worn.I can't praise the dentist and staff enough. I'm not scared of the dentist any more.

Had my teeth sorted out today.Cannot compliment my new dentist enough.Thank you to all the staff , as brilliant as ever.

Practice manager here is absolutely useless. Be wary about making a complaint here they all cover each others back, lie and don’t act in a professional or polite manner at all.

From the phone call speaking to the receptionist to the Hygienist Sam I was made to feel so welcome.Sams attention to detail and customer care is second to none. At no point was I prompted to leave a review and I usually don’t but felt I should.I’ve left after a polish, clean and scrape and am over the moon. Please do not hesitate with seeing Sam I can assure you she’s not only lovely but also her care for her customer shines on through. Thankyou to all the staff, I’ve now found a hygienist I trust and will definitely return too. Happy Days !

I have had a life-long fear of going to the Dentist and attended my first appointment at Handsworth Dental Practice with great uncertainty. I was put at ease straight away by the receptionists who assured me that everything would be Ok.I was given a very thorough examination by Caroline and her Dental Nurse both of whom listened to my concerns and put my mind at rest. Caroline recommended a series of treatments which she carried out throughout November and December. On the 4th January I was given my dentures which fit perfectly and look great.Big thanks to Caroline and her Dental Nurse for looking after me in a caring, efficient and professional way.Lynda Lowden

Lack of care. I was rushed for a filling by an Asian dentist called Sue so she could make it for her lunch. She failed to give me a numbing shot and once she was done she literally couldn’t wait to get rid of me. A clear lack of customer care!

My partial denture broke on the Sunday night. I was mortified. I got to Handsworth Dental Care on Monday morning and was fitted-in for an impression there and then. The denture was repaired or replaced (I don't know which) by the end of the day. All at no cost. How is that for service?

Had a fear of dentists since I was a child .The dentists here make you so relaxed .Would recommend handsworth dentist .
