I had an accident in 2019 and Your Law truly helped me with the claim. They were very fast in replying to my messages and helped me get the right medical services and checks I needed, even during the pandemic. Unfortunately there were some delays due to the situation in 2020, but eventually we managed to end this case. I seriourly recommend this service!

I'm three years into a personal injury claim with no sign of resolution. The lack of communication has been appalling and the medico legal agency they work with is just as bad. On several occasions I've been told they're waiting for my medical records - from one place I have never been treated and on two occasions the surgery has never had any communication from them. Multiple complaints have resolved nothing. At this point I am tempted to settle even though I will get less than what I am entitled to. The stress of dealing with this firm is as bad as the injury. I have gone over three years with only very minimal treatment to the injury, which continues to get worse. The other side have already admitted fault 3 years ago - this should have been straightforward! Rather I have been made to feel like a criminal while my pain increases, my mobility decreases and we go in circles.

So disappointed, I was assaulted almost 3 years ago with life changing injuries and these guys could do nothing to help me. But they took 3 years to tell me that, they did no work with the police and never tried to negotiate and get me my settlement. I had about 10 emails and 3 phone calls across a 3 year period.NEVER HSE THESE FRAUDS

4 years into a personal injury claim and my ID documents are now lost.Honestly this firm has taken its toll on me more than the actual injury. Far from friendly or professional,, hardly ever responsive, phone numbers are there just for the sake of it.Now that I see the reviews on Google I know I'm not the only one complaining about them. And to be Frank, I would have never trusted them on my case if I wasn't so high on painkillers after the injury.

Use these for my daughter. They provide a great service and take the time to listen. If you don't understand anything they go out their way to make sure you understand and have a good understanding. They always keep you updated with good communication. I would fully recommend this service to anybody. Bradley Jones was great throughout the whole process with good results thank you to your law.

Terrible experience with this incompetent firm. No response to emails from Bradley and was told 3 years into the claim that they can no longer pursue it, leaving me days too find another solicitor before time was up to make the complaint. He claimed that a purchase receipt sent from the opposite party at this very late stage in the case belonged to me in his explanation and I had proof I was not even there on that date. I showed them the proof. The receipt was never mine! Also never allowed me to see said fraudulent receipt when I asked about it and closed the case 2 days later. I highly doubt it ever existed. Absolute joke of a firm. I can see from the other reviews they have used the same tactics with other people. Scammers. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Would give 0 start if I could. Case has been going on for over 2 years and still no respfrom the firm. THE most unreliable and incompetent people working here. Everything I call say I will get a call back and 3 years on still waiting for the phone call. Never use them. Useless.

This company have literally 'ghosted' on me in relation to my son's case. They have sat on his case, despite a payout being agreed and was at the point of being with the compensation team, from since 2018, they had an incompetent manager Raluca Badea, alongside countless staff who were suppose to be dealing with my son's case. It has come to the point where I will have to contact the FCA to deal with these scammers once and for all!

4 years to close a Personal Injury Claim, and only the court forced their hand to act, otherwise they would never. They take too long and its a arderous process. They also dont advise well along the way, leaving you feeling worried and concerned for an incredibly long time.

AVOIDLeft paying back thousands, they pulled out of their agreement while I was in Ukraine and had no emails or mail, as out of the country. Otherwise I would have responded.
