Early start for me, staff let me in a few mins early because it was raining. Very very relaxing music, great coffee and two staff on were absolutely first class, polite and happy. Costa could learn a lot from this place!

Visited Wednesday 4th October around 11am, store was dirty, service area dirty, tables not cleared although plenty of staff on duty, sugar etc area dirty, soft furnishings very stained , will not be returningHad Bacon roll which wasn't nice , roll hard - over cooked

Oh dear! A few years ago when I started coming here it was excellent in all aspects. It has steadily gon downhill since then. Today I have bought a medium cappuccino, requested to be extra hot. There was no queue so no chance for the barista to forget. The coffee arrived, luke warm , 50% froth . The chairs had food crumbs on them, the table had residue from poor wiping down. The air condition was on cold, I had to put my coat back on . I think this will definitely be my last visit to the Bideford branch .

My usual go to place for coffee on the go. A little pricier than average. I find the coffee can differ from barista to barista which is unusual especially for a large company which should have continuity. Nevertheless, good tasting coffee!

very unfriendly seller at the drive through window!I asked him to make a single expresso with hot milk and caramel in a small cup of coffee.Made: a big pot of milk, poured single expresso into it.When I asked to redo the coffee, they said it was the smallest cup they had (which is a lie, I've been drinking Starbucks coffee from a small single express cup for 10 years)When they said they were lying, they poured it from a big cup to a small one, instead of making it again!(one milk no coffee!)I had a free drink, they said that it was calculated, after driving a couple of meters I checked again, it was a lie, the free drink remained!Administration check which employees you hire!

I love Starbucks but the staff here when we visited were unhelpful and rude.I asked for a sandwich that was advertised in the window, they told me it wasn't something that Starbucks sold or ever had. When I pointed out it was advertised in the window they said the vegetarian options were all discontinued

What a dirty place , no tables had been wiped, crumbs on the seating, a table was cleared of mugs but not wiped down while we sat there. Four girls serving who were more intent on messing around. Will not be coming back

First and last time.... I drink alot of decaf coffee and this is by far the worst I've tasted don't know if it's the store or not in question but was definitely not what I asked for nor did I ask for skimmed milk took back and refund issued sorry Starbucks definitely not made my taste buds happy

Staff at this Bideford store are always very good, polite and have my drinks ready .I preorder on the app amd go collect, don't use the drive through as I fond it a bit tight, don't want to scuff my wheels.Good stuff.
