Had a really great experience with Shower Glass Ltd. They have been responsive on email and on the phone every step of the way. Lee has been helping me and has been fantastic, even offering to contact him on his day off if I needed to be talked through installing if I got stuck. We have placed an order with Showerglass a monh ago, as glass they dilevered wasn’t in right dimennsions.They promissed to send a new glass (for extra money of course) with delivery up to 12 days.When we contacted them after 2 weeks, they apologised they have forgot to place our order trough.Two weeks later, we keep following them up, althouh, no one is replying, no updates, no sign of our glass.Extremly unfrofesional and unreliable.

I found this company on a Google search, oh my goodness, what a find!I emailed Shower Glass Ltd for a 'supply only' quote and the owner replied promptly despite being on holidays. I supplied a rough drawing for glass for our loft en-suite shower and received the most detailed and professional drawings showing all the components glass sections and more detailed measurements, all perfect and exactly what we required. Once the order was processed and confirmed, we are told production time would be about 10 working days. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive an email after only about 5 days confirming delivery would be the very next day - all delivered in excellent condition. My husband fitted the glass and it looks amazing. I dealt with Lee, the owner throughout the whole process and found him extremely knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Shower Glass Ltd and we will definitely use them again.

Required 3 replacement shower door seals which I had absolutely no clue on what to order. Chatted with Lee @ Shower Glass Ltd and his advice and guidance was above and beyond exceptional which enabled me to order the correct product. The order arrived very quickly with no problems. The door seals were easy to install and are a perfect fit so now no more leaks!! Highly recommended and would definitely use again and a very special thanks to Lee.

I can't recommend Shower Glass highly enough. Excellent communication through the whole process to ensure we got our measurements just right for a very awkward space, delivered within 10 days, very safely packaged, the best price from many quotes and the finished product is very high quality. We installed it ourselves - our only suggestion would be to include installation instructions. We are beyond happy with this custom shower screen.

It is so nice when you put a fiddly but important job in the hands of an expert, and Lee is such a person....he understands all the issues, he has seen all the pitfalls and knows how to provide a beautiful solution with out fuss, with great skill and good humor.
