Car was stolen by Silverlake collections - currently they're arguing it was someone else that told them to take it but the simple fact is they took my car without proper authorisation.After approx. 1 week of hassle, they finally returned the car back to my home address.Once the car was returned, I've discovered my Dash Cam has been stolen - I can prove it was in the car the night before they took it and was no longer there once returned.I would strongly recommend you do not got anywhere near these thieves.

Unfortunately this company did not live up to expectations hence only 2 stars.They promised to collect my car on Friday, however they cancelled last minute and offered to collect on Tues, I wasn't happy and decided to cancel them!Happily I found an excellent replacement company who I will definitely be using again!

I was recommended this business by the guys at Quickfit, Winchester. They were helpful, friendly, efficient, gave good advice and were kind to me as an older woman coming in on my own. Would definitely use this business again.

I ordered a spare part and the wrong part was sent even though I entered all the vehicle information! No one was interested in the return. Think twice before ordering!

Have now purchased a number of salvage vehicles and every one has been top notch and excellent value. The majority of their stock are sold with no reserve unlike some other major salvage sites that will have you over till the cows come home. A highly, professional outfit Strongly recommended.

Good company to deal with direct and lovely staff. I'm in the trade purchased a vehicle and the lady that took my call was professional and polite management sorted out a small issue and very professional.I will buy from them again and recommend them keep up the good work !!

Terrible customer service and very disappointing in the way they deal with their customers.Won a car in auction on Friday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I called to arrange Pick up and ultimately I wasn’t satisfied with the way customer services handled my query and responded towards me. Having read reviews online beforehand I wasn’t surprised.Moving forward I Informed the person whom I spoke with that I will make the payment which was £11976 the next day and I will collect the vehicle the following day and everything was done.As I was making the payment the following day I realised they had suspended my account. Got in touch with their customer support team once again and they didn’t provide me with a solution and started putting the blame on me for which I had previously spoken to customer service to arrange the date of payment and pick up.I explained everything to Wayne that I have purchased a Vehicle for £11976 and I would like to make a payment but he insisted that I pay £30 extra late payment or they will close my account.Im shocked and disappointed as a business owner my self that they are happy to lose a customer for life and damage their reputation for £30 when I’m happy to spend nearly £12000 in one purchase and it’s not even my fault. For me the £30 is not the issue, it’s the principal behind it where I feel I have been treated incorrectly for a late payment I was ready to pay as scheduled anyway. As a result, I’m very disappointed and I’m happy not to buy ever again business and get my account closed.All they think about it money I’m happy for them to close my account I won’t like to do business with them ever again.Please stay away

Was giving a quote for a 2016 Vauxhall Mokka Gearbox on a Partsgateway website via Silverlake for £320 when I rang the company they quoted me £400 then when I realised they gave me a cheaper quote on the website I rang to ask them why I was quoted more even though I hadn't gave them any details, the guy on the phone said it was a surcharge & delivery cost even though it was free delivery on the original quote 'I asked why he said it's because your not local even though he wasn't giving any details of the delivery address which was still Hampshire but a BH post code however he did not know that so he lied on an assumption to try work his way out of why the price was so different..I have no problem in prices may vary to website but having your stuff make stuff up without knowing any details to get out the conversation is very bad business efficacy.I can tell most of the people on the phones have no clue or not really caring on business customer relations..Lying to get of giving a practical answer is not good!
