Cycle Hire - Lanhydrock National Trust
I met Joe in the cycle how shop at Lanhydrock. He was super helpful in terms of trails that were suitable for children and also some advice on riding skills - I am a complete beginner when it comes to off road. Lots of bikes available plus tag alongs and trailers and prices seemed reasonable too. Thanks Joe!

We (family of 4) booked cycle hire last minute and Joe was very prompt at confirming the reservation over email.We arrived at the agreed collection time and were swiftly provided with bike and helmets.Given great advice on cycle trails for our abilities and provided a map.Bikes were adjusted to our needs before we set off.The cycle trails at Lanhydrock catered for all abilities and we had a great day with the bikes.Highly recommended.

Exceptionally friendly and curtious staff, very professional. Hiring bike can be fun if you there with your little ones , don't worry they are well equipped and have bike for all sizes. When you get a puncteur during cycling when you call them they will come and fix it for you. A-Z service.

Good service from Joe and coordination with the parking was no problem. Bike was good value ronnie and perfectly suited to the terrain. We hired 3 bikes, 2 for less experienced riders who stuck to the easier trails and one for a more experienced rider. There are enough variations of trails to suite various skills levels.

Get a grip who ever runs this...Price things right and always make money...Turned up just after 3 and son wanted a bike, wife and I thought ok 1.45 max left b4 return limit..Asked nice chap if we could get a lower rate due to time..Sorry no they don't reduce on time??So say offered 3bikes @8,8,6 £24 that's money in till ...Now I may be only a x retail manager but money is money ..would have happily left deposit 4 security..So sorry very poor customer service...

Didn't need to hire bikes as had our own but the layout of the cycle routes were clearly marked out and thouraly enjoyable. Stopped off at the cafe for a quick drink then off again. Highly recommended.
