I have been attending regularly over the past few months for manual lymphatic drainage. I have noticed a massive reduction in fluid in my legs, i have always been very self conscious of this but I am so much more confident now when my legs are on show - cannot thank Hayley enough for this! Booked In for a lymphatic massage, to help with a lot of things going on physically and emotionally. It was one of the best experiences, Hayley is so lovely and genuine. She explained everything that was going to happen and everything that was happening which really made the experience more relaxing for a first timer like myself. Definitely a journey I will be continuing on, I feel relaxed and like a weight has been taken off my chest especially with the words of affirmations and breath work involved. Went to Hayley this week for a massage as I had some aches in my back, she could see straight away the spots that were troubling me and worked through these for me. She is always happy to share her knowledge of the body which is extensive and answer any questions not just about massage but also whole body and mind health.I also went away with some lovely bath salts.
