My sons Vehicle came into Car-Nect with engine management light on dash. After diagnostic we was informed repair with additional work would come to nearly a £1000 no argument just needed vehicle fixed asap as used for work. Four days later upon picking up vehicle my son didn't even get out of the industrial estate and light had come back on. When returning vehicle the Service Manager Paul was very condescending and in fact commented on my attitude as I told him that vehicle had not been on road test and reprogrammed correctly as there is a set process which I believe had not been followed. He disagreed but would look at it first thing Monday and call myself as requested to go through what was wrong with vehicle. Guess what, did not get a phone call but my Son did to say vehicle was ready and that it had not been programmed correctly but ok now!!! Apology would of been nice or even take a look at the invoice and do a little something for goodwill as another days work was missed due to the incompetence of staff working on vehicle. Quality Control anybody? Customer Service? Looking forward to response.

Big thank you to Chris at Car-Nect Auto Group Ltd. I had a fault with my Peugeot's semi auto gear box. I called Chris on numerous occasions and he was always very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, advice how to fix, and even posted out a new seal which I couldn't get from the main Peugeot dealer. Has saved me a small fortune by not having to take it in to a main Peugeot dealer! Would highly recommend and I defiantly owe this man a beer...or two! Thank You!

Arranged for them to look at my car. Advised to bring it in as early as possible 2 days later.My other half got attitude from them because she was there waiting for them to open in the morning (8.30). At 4pm rang them to see how it was going and got told we haven't even looked at it yet"I did not hide my surprise at that comment got attitude from them myself. Drove down and just took the car back.Appalled at the service and attitude given.My advice

Highly recommended. A garage I feel very comfortable with. I changed from the Ford main dealers once the warranty ran out about 5 years ago as I was unsatisfied with them. Car-Nect don’t ‘find’ and do unnecessary work – in fact quite the contrary. You get good honest advice about any problems or potential problems. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my services and MOTs. Friendly and professional - what’s not to like?

It’s amazing how you guys are so defensive on here and never take responsibility? I was there when previous 1 star spoke to your so called manager, he was condescending but was put in his place as the guy certainly new more then he did he certainly wasn’t rude just knew his stuff. I wonder if you actually phoned him to clarify story by your response I would say not!!! so much for customer care!!

Very honest and professional. Went in for an oil & filter change as the warning light came on, they told me it was only the switch that needed changing. They changed only the switch when they could have charged me for an oil change too, and didn't even charge me for the labour so was only £15! Highly recommend these guys

We have experienced very good service at this professional looking garage which is always spotlessly clean and tidy, always the sign of a good garage in my book. Staff are very friendly and happy to discuss your requirements, our electronic issue was resolved by Car-Nect despite two other garages failing to fix the problem, they gladly went the extra mile. Very reasonable pricing also. I've recommended their services to several people, and wouldn't hesitate to offer you the same advice.

I had travelled £500 miles with my van to do a house move and found on the day we were supposed to be loading the van that the tail lift had stopped working - yikes! Called around to local garages and had no joy getting anyone to help. Decided to call Car Nect - my old trusted garage, which was a county away. Called them, took the van in and they fixed it straight away, explaining to me in detail why the fuse for said lift had blown, how to sort it if it happened again and they included some spare fuses. Life promptly saved - all for a very reasonable fee.

Emailed them for a MOT booking and got a reply back almost straight away then a 2nd reply which came later in the evening at 8pm to say that l could book our motorhome in for the following morning... Polite people and happy with the service that they provided.. Yes I would use these again...
