Great staff. Really friendly and efficient service. The young man named Kell went over and above to help me. He was very informative and lovely.This is the pharmacy you need for prescriptions

Brilliant stuff

Terrible service!!! The lady in charge is so rude - the prescriptions for my mum are almost always late and the excuse is she doesn’t have a driver. She shouted at me when I was at the doorway to get out as 2 people were already in the pharmacy (which I can understand but no need to almost scream at me!!) then she said she hadn’t got my mum’s prescription - I went back to the surgery and they said she had ticked to say she had had it - so went back, she found it!! No apology - just made me feel as though I was a nuisance!! My mum is 93 and I live far away so have to rely on the pharmacy to deliver the prescriptions to her. She also denied that she had told my mum on the phone earlier that week that she would try to get her prescription to her by the Friday - which is when I went in! I was disgusted with the way I was then treated!!!

Normal pharmacy is Wells but local one unable to supply regular prescribed medication. This pharmacy not only managed to track the required medication but also kept them aside for us to collect the following day. They also tried so hard to obtain futher meds from the manufacturer... Their attitude was proffesional /informative + certainly go the extra mile. Thank you
