Flameboyant

We had a damaged flue on our wood burner. These guys did an amazing job and sort it all out and it looks incredible!

The worst customer service I have ever been unfortunate enough to experience; 6 weeks later than expected, a lot of money and a very sour taste left in our mouths.Absolutely zero organisation, communication across the company and poor punctuality. A family run business which relies on word of mouth should be more considerate of the way they treat people.Workmanship is good but I wouldn't return to a restaurant with Michelin star food if the waiter spat in it before I ate it.Managers not even willing to dicuss our 19-point grievance email over the phone.AVOID!

Absolutely fantastic service fromSue and the Team. From start to finish (from opening the fireplaces to installation) everyone involved was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgable. We are so happy with everything, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Over the moon with our new log burner. From order to install was only 2 weeks turn around.Sue in the store was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products.Ben who installed my burner worked very hard and again, really helpful and explained options and ideas on the day.Highly recommend!

We had a Portuguese limestone fire surround and electric stove fitted by Ben and Stuart today. What a fantastic job.They arrived on time and took care on the installation. If you are looking for good old fashion customer service, value for money and excellent workmanship then this company is the one to choose.Well done Flameboyant.

Didn’t call I tock a day off work then lied about not having my number no the company I want to do Business withI’m replying back to your comments you did have a phone number for me we saw it being written down while we were there on Sunday. This was even admitted to my partner on the phone that you didn’t see the phone number at first but then you saw it.We told you not to bother as when I rang and 11 o’clock I was told that someone would be there within the hour to which nothing happened. you keep going on about it is a free service but I had taken the day off work especially for you to come round and you didn’t even bother to call when you found the number which was written in the diary you’re quite happy to blame another member of staff that Not going to be there for the next few weeks I’m sure st Neots stones will look after me better than you’d have you’re just a waste of time Merry Christmas to you too
