First time popped in today; as just moved in area. Very lovely staff and great customer service. Was very polite and friendly, the lady welcomed me to the area and had a nice little chat with me. Will deffo be going here again, it is a brilliant flower shop.

I got a beautiful bereavement bouquet from my colleagues last week.The pictures don’t do it full justice it is stunning.Apparently they came from Ellie Russell.Not only is it a stunning arrangement but they quality is amazing as they still look stunning 1.5 weeks later!!!I will definitely be using your shop from now and will be recommending you to others!Thank you so much for delivering such a gorgeous bouquet.❤️

Nothing is ever too much trouble and that includes hunting down the recipient when they've been given a completely wrong address. Tanya saved the day when delivering my Daughter's 21st birthday flowers to her at work. She's a teacher and we'd given Tanya the details of the wrong school (long story) but Tanya and her partner persevered and found the right place and still within the time frame requested. Not only was the service fantastic but the flowers were amazing and at this time of year when the choices are limited Tanya was triumphant. Thank you.

Used this florists for many years and even tho new owner has taken over still the best florist around. I called to see if they had any eucalyptus yesterday afternoon she had used it all but ordered in for next morning. That is great customer service. Thank you x

I would thoroughly recommend Elsie Russell florist. I have had many occasions to purchase flowers from this florist. Not all happy occasions albeit. The staff have always showed a professional attitude, empathy and been extremely helpful when choosing flowers for different occasions. The flowers always last much longer than those from the supermarket making them better value for money.

The funeral of my son took place on 26/05/2022. The funeral directors were Gaurdian funeral services based in shipley and flowers were purchased on my behave from elsie russell florist. The cost of the coffin topper was £200. I never recieved the coffin topper. I received a small wreath which i never ordered. I was so disappointed i cried. No explanation no refund and no apology.
