Great place to watch concerts! We usually stay upstairs for a better view. Staff friendly and professional. Wheelchair accessible and good toilets. Bar with drinks is also available, during our visit, there was plenty of security to make us feel safe.

Have been here loads of times, whilst the staff are all great I wouldn't rate it as a venue due to the strange shape and how hard it makes it to see a band when it's rammed.SWX is a far better venue but if this is where the gig is then that's where you go.I saw superman 4 here donkeys years ago.. That's how old I am.

Great venue with some excellent bands with really good acoustics. Plenty of bar area to get a drink with free water if required. Plenty of reasonably priced parking within a couple of hundred yards. All in all, a very good place to see bands. Beware of the Bristol Clean Air Zone if you don't have a compliant vehicle. I believe it is a £9 charge.

Watching Sam fender concert. My first time to watch concert. Awesome experience. Security are friendly. And drinks are way more affordable than those in London

small venue, over priced. we went to see extreme for the vip package...was no way worth the extra 100.00. queue was ridiculous, made us queue for the sound check in the pouring rain, let us in for our mass produced poster and lanyard then back out to queue again in the rain for the actual show, should have been able to stay inside the building and go to the bar merchandise stall etc...certainly not vip. No seats available downstairs and the sound check was shorter than advised as let us in late. People at the front of the gig paid 100.00 less and still managed to be there stood next to us. The advertised photo with the band was a large group shot on a mobile phone and the quality was Terrible, we're not allowed to take our own photos or talk to the band...rushed us back outside. not a venue I would likely go to again and in future I won't bother with their extras as really not worth it.

I love this venue. Easy to park at the car park next door with a good value pub opposite. I'm really short so stand on the raised level at the back by the bar and always have a great view of the bands. I've seen Lemonheads and Mcfly here recently and both have been amazing.

Fantastic venue for live music. Cosy and different levels so you're sure to get a good view somewhere

First time at this venue. Came up from bridgend south wales to watch Those Dam Crows @ the 02. Must say well organised event venue will definitely return.

- The venue is too small to accommodate the magnitude of the gathering.- The crowd emits aromatic scents of body odour and spilt drinks, creating a pulsating atmosphere.- The sensory overload is a mixture of passion, connection, and euphoria.- The majestic stage is obscured by a sea of people holding up camera phones.- The obstructed view adds an enchanting charm and intensifies anticipation.- There is a masterful ineptness in managing the queue, as they time the last admissions to coincide with the departure of the support act.

A very small venue perfect for smaller bands. Good atmosphere and well staffed. The only thing we had a bit of trouble with was finding the venue!
