Teesside Earwax Removal
Having been having some issues with my ears and a lack of hearing and pain I was lucky to find Vincent. I followed the advice on the website to use drops for 5 days before the appointment and booked it in for around the day 5/6 mark. The place was really easy to find with parking right outside the building. I've not had anything like this done before so didn't know what to expect, but Vincent was very knowledgeable and this helped put me at ease. The whole process was quick and both ears were clear within 45 mins and the difference has been massive. I will be recommending Teesside earwax removal to whoever needs it. Great guy and a great customer service :-)

Highly recommend this service! After years of avoiding the issue of wax buildup I had been left with very little hearing in my left ear and a slight blockage in my right but after a session with Vincent, I could hear perfectly! Even more indicative of the amazing service, I had booked the appointment on a morning and was seen by 5pm that evening during a home visit. A wonderful experience and I am so grateful!

I would highly recommend this service.Vincent met me in reception. He was friendly and put me at ease. He explained the procedure and showed me pictures/video of the inside of my ears. My ear was completely blocked and he was able to clear it…I can now hear! I was so happy on leaving. Anymore problems, I know where to go. Lovely gentleman, great service. Thank you

I contacted Vincent last week when I awoke to find my ears completely blocked. He advised 5 days of drops and he booked a home visit to coincide with the 5th day. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. The session went well and the relief, having been virtually deaf for 5 days, was immense! I could hear once again. Would highly recommend this business. Should I ever need the service again I would not hesitate to use them! 5*

Vincent visited today and was very professional and knowledgeable giving us detailed information prior to examination. He showed us pictures of the inside of both ears and advised there was no need for treatment this not charging for unnecessary procedure! Would definitely recommend this service and will use again.

On the off chance I called in and asked for an early appointment because my hearing was almost zero and it was very annoying and upsetting .Vincent gave me an appointment for 45 minutes later. He explained all the procedures in an easily understood way. The treatment was completely painless and he was very patient when it came to the very stubborn wax in one of my ears. I can recommend Vincent very highly .

Excellent service. Was seen by Vincent. Having been unable to hear properly for the past week he put me at ease and fully explained the procedure. Then took photos of the inside of both ears showing me that they were both blocked. He then cleared both ears and I couldn't believe the difference. I am so grateful. My husband who was present at the time mentioned he would make an appointment next week Vincent offered to see him there and then. He found one ear needed treatment and did it straight away. We cannot thank him enough and will have no problem recommending his services to anyone.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient service.Met at the door and welcomed by Vincent, he talked me through the procedure, showed me the issues and quickly and painlessly removed the wax that had caused so much trouble.Infinitely better than going through the NHS.

Vincent was friendly, courteous and professional, making me feel very welcome and relaxed at my appointment. He explained everything really clearly and regularly checked that I was comfortable during the procedure. This is the first time I have needed my ears microsuctioned and the difference in my hearing was immediate so I would 100% recommend it.
