I had a BabyBond scan done there on Sunday. Baby was not in any sort of position to get pictures taken. so, instead of getting the package deal including 4D images, we just got the same picture printed over and over again (which was basically his back, he was facing away from us) I asked the two women working (who were incredible by the way) if there was any way to reschedule this appointment or at least get reimbursed some of the amount since it is so expensive, they said that they aren’t in charge of that and management will contact me. I understood. What I don’t understand is how it has been two days and I haven’t received any sort of contact. It seems like the management does not take customer service seriously. I admit that after going back and reading the Baby Bond’s conditions, I saw that you cannot reschedule (which not sure why, but okay) but how about some sort of reimbursement. I feel like it was a waste of money and definitely left upset.

This is the third time we went in for a scan and each and every time we have had a lovely warm welcome especially today from Sue.Such a wonderful and caring lady and a great laugh too!We have been so so lucky to have had Ebuzo do all three of our scans. The bond that she has created with me and my partner is unexplainable. The most wonderful, caring, smiley woman. I could not have asked for anyone better as our sonographer. The joy that shines through her is so contagious and so beautiful to see. Ebuzo, thank you. I cannot wait to come back to see you again!!

Such an unforgettable experience!Once you see your baby in 3D, things become real! My husband and I can’t thank Ms Ebuzo enough for her being so lovely and chatty, making us feel so welcome and allowing plenty of time with our lil baby on the screen . She is very knowledgeable and talked us through everything on the screen, reassuring us that our Baby is healthy!Once again, many thanks!The photos and videos received later are perfect!

We are beyond pleased with the whole experience.We got some stunning pictures and it's a boy!Trudy and Amanda took their time to chat with us and make us feel welcome, they were so pleasent and lovely.I am so happy I did a scan here as it gave me such a positive experience which I have sadly been missing since I got pregnant.Worth every penny, would 100% recommend.

I went to Ultrasound Direct today in Bury St. Edmunds for a post menopausal scan to check for ovarian cancer. Elisha was extremely professional and very thorough and I really appreciated the time she spent with me. I was just impressed by her and the service she offers. Sue was in charge of taking blood for my test and she was also extremely competent and very reassuring and warm. All in all a great service and I highly recommend them. I really urge anyone who is postmenopausal to get an ultrasound to check on the health of their ovaries and womb - it's totally painless and can give peace of mind.

What a lovely place, the most wonderful employees, Ebuzo has done our 3 scans and she is the most friendly, caring and informative person. She has made the experience so nice for me and my partner so early on and can’t wait to see her for our scans.Really would recommend
