Clifton village pharmacy did my family’s PCR test with fit to fly certificate. Booking for extremely easy and gave ample information. On the day the testing was swift and the team were absolutely fantastic with my 2 year old daughter in convincing her to have the test! Results and certificate email came through within 24 hours and they were so quick to respond to questions. Huge thanks to the entire team.

This is a small independent pharmacy in Clifton Village, Bristol. However they are far from small when it comes to their professionalism and service. I was having difficulty in getting a particular injection I have to take every 3 weeks, and my normal pharmacy could not source it. I phoned nearly every pharmacy in the Bristol area without success, until I phoned Clifton Village Pharmacy. They had the injection in stock, and told me to get the prescription put on the NHS Spine so that they could access it. They have a brilliant system of keeping in touch with their clients by text message, which made it so easy for me to keep in touch with them, and to be kept up to date with their making the prescription available. The staff are also so polite and helpful, and I do not hesitate in highly recommending this pharmacy.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. I have been a customer for years. Upveer and the twins always give 5 star customer service which is sincere and caring. They are happy to spend time with you, offering suggestions and advice. I even asked advice about my Dad and, after months of useless help from his doctor, what they suggested worked and made such a difference to his life. Highly recommended. They are also dog friendly which is so helpful!

Would highly recommend this pharmacy. I lost my insulin pen and tried about 10 different pharmacies in London and Bristol to get a new one. Chloe at Clifton Village Pharmacy was the only person that did everything in her power to get me a new one.

Switched to this pharmacy from Boots Broadmead a few months ago. The personal service and standard of efficiency is second to none.In Boots you wait for hours to be served. No personal service, your just a number. They never answer the phone, from early morning to late night.This pharmacy answers the phone within seconds. If I run out of medication they will supply me with a few days until prescription arrives.Wish I had switched years ago.

An amazing little pharmacy. I was in store today for about an hour completing some work there, and observed Benjamin at work. What a knowledgeable polite young man. Unfortunately I live miles away or else this would absolutely be my pharmacy of choice. Well done Ben - keep up the exemplary service :-)

The team are always so lovely and friendly whenever I go in. Always happy to suggest certain products and give advice - Ben is always great at suggesting the best beauty face masks too!
