The Property Centre - Longlevens Estate Agent

Lydia at the property centre has been nothing but excellent in my recent encounters. She has shown patience, understanding and kindness. I had an issue with the heating at the property that I'm currently renting that was caused by the electrical company, because of the hours I work and my current job role, I never have enough time to be on the phone with this company. Lydia has gone above and beyond over the last couple of weeks to ensure that my heating was sorted before winter. She has acted as an advocate for me and I'm forever grateful for her professionalism and kindness. I 100% recommend the company and Lydia!!

I could not praise Property Centre's staff enough. Even if one buyer pulled out of the purchase I was immediately assisted and soon Emma Grainger could find another buyer and immediately viewing started Tom and Charlotte have greately helped during the viewing as I was not able to be at home. I also have to thank Alison as with her contacts during the process has kept me informed as thing progressed. Wonderful staff and service.

I recently viewed a couple of properties with Charlotte Madden. She made the experience warm, comfortable and enjoyable whilst giving me and my wife ample time to move around the property at our own pace. She was informative and knowledgeable about the properties and honest in her approach about the reasons for sale. Sometimes it only takes one team member to make you happy to interact with a service and Charlotte did that for us.

Me and my wife bought our house a year ago. From the property centre. We renovated our house and decided to get the property centre to come back and have a look at our renovation project. On the off chance we asked what sort of price we could get. We were pleasantly surprised. So after a little thought we decided to put it on the market with the property centre. ( Emma Grainger was the person that came out.) They were very professional at all time’s, we didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever. It has been a hard time to sell at the moment with the economic crisis. But Emma, Charlotte and Tom have been amazing, they always got back to emails phone calls etc. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism.Definitely recommend the property centre.

I invited Emma to value my late Mums house and was impressed with the advice given and happy with recommendations on price guidance. After placing property on market there were 3 viewings in the first 4 days feedback was prompt and detailed and all made offers - after accepting an offer on day 5 the brilliant Admin team took over and completion was done in under 3 months. The service my partner and I received was faultless, Tom came and valued our property and was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with, Emma did a great job of selling our property to our buyers and nothing was left delayed, Lorna was also extremely professional and quick to help anything we needed information on, she guided us both throughout and was very prompt with all services necessary.
