GSF Car Parts (Brighton - Hove)

They take pleasure in waste people’s time. The shop was about to close so I called before leaving home to ask if they could sell me a drive shaft as I would get there 3/4 minutes after closing time. The person who answered the phone said that it wouldn’t be a problem. I left home and got there 2 minutes after closing time. The door was still open and people inside. The attendant said it was closed already, so I explained that someone on the phone had told me that it would be ok to come. The guy refused to sell me the parts treating very risky they were closed. I asked to to speak to the manager another very rude guy claimed to be the manager said that I would have to leave as they were closed. Nobody in the shop acknowledged the phone call! I had never bought at this particular place but for sure they will never see the colour of my money! AVOID!

Very disappointed. I placed an order in the morning for number plate and was told it will be with me in 5 minutes. NO questions or any requirements asked from me. Its next day, our vehicle going for MOT and number plate not even made yet and worst thing our order was not even on their system! 24 hrs gone, no phone call asking me or telling me that some documentation is required...nothing.

Rubbish do not use thay sell you wrong part even tho that take your reg u phone up to complain thay hang phone up thay are rude that argue with you about the part even tho u have the old part and new part In front of you and clearly that don't match in any way shape or form avoid avoid avoid
