My husband went there last year for a couple of treatments and all was fine, he went again yesterday for an injury he had, the receptionist asked him to pay £70 which he did before he had his treatment while he was waiting in the cubicle, he heard the practitioner ask the receptionist how much she had charged him, and said it should have been £80, and that he needed to pay the £10 before he went in to his treatment, he was called out of the cubicle to pay the extra £10 before he had his treatment... a little unprofessional... as if he wouldn’t have paid the extra £10 ...., or could have just added it to the next treatment...
