TUI Holiday Store

I have always had very good experiences when booking holidays at Tui Romford! And I book all my holidays with them. I would highly recommend. Myself and my friend have just booked a holiday for April 2023 with our partners (we booked on Sunday over the phone). We spoke to Kelly on the phone and she was absolutely amazing. We didn’t feel rushed and she was there to help us with every step and every need that we had to ensure we have the best booking experience as well as the best holiday deal. I cannot thank her enough for her great customer service - it was smooth and enjoyable. We are now very excited for our holiday! Thank you so much to Kelly and the staff at Tui Romford :)

I came in to the Romford branch on Sunday spoke to a friendly lady call Nikki. I appreciate they were on the verge of closing so to keep my custom my details were written down and details to where I would like to go and how much I would like to spend. I was hoping to get a call back the very next day to discuss a few options. It seems that’s not the case. It’s now the 3rd day and no call back, let’s see how many more days I have to wait until I receive a call back. Under GDPR rules I’ve consented to hand over my personal details on the provisor I get a call back not for me to be completely ignored and my personal details to be put to one side or binned. At first my impressions of the colleague were very friendly and professional however it’s seems now I was fobbed off to get me out of the store as quick as possible. With the current financial issues business are dealing with you would think TUI would want every bit of custom they can get their hands on sadly not the case at this branch.

Today myself and my partner ventured into the Romford TUI branch to be greeted by Ella - well what can we say about Ella, she patiently spent hours with us to ensure we booked our dream holiday.Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly.We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything.Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :)Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well.These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies......... Roll on May!!!!

We have booked our last five holidays at Tui Romford mainly due to the staff being so great. Today we booked with Ella. From the minute we sat down Ella made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking at was brilliant and we didn’t feel rushed like some other high st travel agents make you feel! She is very friendly and personable. It was a pleasure booking with Ella today and I will certainly be looking forward to booking g my next holiday with Tui in the Summer.

I went into Tui in Romford today to book myself and my husbands holiday to Mexico, I spoke to a lovely lady called Nicci, who helped us pick the perfect destination for our anniversary, she spoke about all the different excursions that you can do. She was very professional and helpful. Would come back to book with her again.

Popped in the TUI Romford and was helped by Nicole.We had an idea we fancied Croatia.Nicole’s personal knowledge was great to select an area, hotel and numerous activity options, together with up to date general background info.We were very impressed and booked there and then.Thank you Nicole.

Went in to the store to get a brochure and the member of staff said, yet again, they didn’t have the brochure in so I booked my holiday somewhere else.It’s happened a few times.Shame really because the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the holidays I booked with them in the past have been good.You need to sort your brochures out or people like me will look elsewhere to book their holidays.
