After waiting more than a week for British gas to come and repair my microwave/combi unit,I was allowed to use a 3rd party repair service, I took the unit to appliance services where they fully repaired it in 24 hrs,now that is what I call brilliant customer service

After a number of visits to my washing machine damage was caused to my floor. I queried this and was basically called a liar.I have no choice but to use this company as my items are under warranty from Howdens but I would be very wary if using them.No response now after being told this petson and that person would come out

Great company to deal with , very helpful lady , Collette, on the phone and a friendly , courteous young man called Jacob who came out and sorted my washing machine . They were totally upfront the whole time about the ability to sort my machine, and I was made aware of all applicable charges before going ahead with my appt. No hesitation in recommending .

Very friendly and efficient service.The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and found the problem.A new part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later.Call out charge, plus new part and fitting was very reasonable.I can highly recommend.
