Always used Spark Angels previously for repairs to my Iphone over the years, was recommended to use Cell City by a friend.100% satisfied, new screen was fitted at a very reasonable cost compared to previous repairers and staff very friendly and only to happy to help, I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I took my phone here as it had water damage. They were very professional and had it fixed like brand new within a couple of hours. Very reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a screen fitted which didn't work properly and was fobed off because it was not original fitment .The screen the went blank, and told it had been dropped. Had another screen fitted which was permanently on even when charging, this damaged battery. Took phone to another repair shop .Who gave report the the phone was a mess due to poor repair. Do not use these people to touch your phone let alone repair it.

Brought a ps4 controller worked for couple of days then stopped working, so went in they exchanged it same thing happened again. Asked for refund they refused and said don't do refunds on accessories got it exchanged about 5 times on last time he said this is last exchange, so i just gave up, he tried saying my ps4 was faulty and bring it in there is nothing wrong with my ps4, my original controller and everything works fine. I left the last controller sitting there for few months one weekend my controller battery ran out so tried to use the one from there a message came up on ps4 saying this may not be an original controller and may not function properly and the L1 and R1 triggers didn't work, told him this still refused to give me refund so contacted citizens advice they told me I'm entitled to a refund under consumer rights act of 2015. So had to write a letter of complaint took it to the shop he was rude and refused to take it from me and told me to post it which I did I never got a response after like 20 days so now have to write another letter and send it recorded delivery costing me time and money and just causing me stress, I hate this shop they should be shut down. If you buy from this shop and somethings faulty or counterfeit good luck getting a refund.

This business is full of scammers and they also buy reviews so they have good stars. they are very rude and unprofessional and they also think they are gangsters when you speak with them when you want a refund or fix something that they didn't manage to fix.
