The Oldway Centre - Student Accommodation Swansea

It is the one and only accommodation I lived in and liked in the same time. Nice student, nicer staff, awesome events, numerous gifts, wide and free gym, free breakfast, machines for coffee, drinks, sweets and ice cream. There is a game room that can be used as a place for studying. Besides, there is a studying place just when you enter the building. The workers are very helpful and friendly. I really recommend anyone wants to move to the UK to move here because it’s so comfortable and the most suitable place for students to stay.

Very good and very friendly feel at home here it’s also a very clean accommodation every conner of the building is sparkling would highly recommend this to any student who’s looking for accommodation In Swansea also there’s a courtyard and it’s very secure there’s security 24/7 so if you’re like me and need reassurance you’ll have no trouble staying here and the brilliant residents team are always very helpful and willing to help as best they can

Pretty great for first and second year students. I would advise third year students to take housing accommodation rather than Halls as fire alarms are triggered throughout the building, and the last thing you want is a fire alarm at 3am the day before an exam. But overall staff are friendly and helpful, the internet is reliable and the location is great for anyone who needs to catch the train regularly.

The Old Way Centre, SwanseaBeing a foreign student moving into a new student accommodation can be quite intimidating but that was far from the case with The Old Way Centre!! Words can not fully grasp the hospitality I felt during my stay here. Everything a student could wish for and more! CONVENIENCE, SPACE, VIEWS AND CLEANLINESS.Getting around can be a challenge and expensive too but the old way is situated in the city Centre and close to all the essential amenities, supermarkets, bars and other general stores.The flats themselves are extremely spacious and create a comfortable and snug environment. From the outstanding furniture to the clean bathrooms to a personal favourite, the large kitchen!The building is equipped with a cinema and games room both being very nice features to have some social time in as well as make new friends in the process whilst taking a shot at some pool!Equipment all around the building is immaculate, gym is adequately stacked with state-of-the-art equipment! The laundry room is just downstairs, again the connivence is unmatched! I had an incidence once, locked myself out of my room and the staff is always willing to help I was back in my room in no time, very lovely staff all around from front desk to maintenance!Last but not least, I know I mentioned the kitchen as a favorite BUT the views from those flats is undeniably breathtaking to say the least.Overall rating 11/10 would definitely recommend to any student in the area

All of the staff are great, they always say hello and are happy to help. Having someone present 24/7 is great you are never stuck locked out and can always ask for advice about things nearby. Being so close to the train station and bus station makes travelling easy. The gym is also open 24/7 as well as the games room and study space. I have lived here for nearly 2 years and it is pleasant and easy place to live in.

My son has been living here for a year and I highly recommend this place. The staff are super responsive. Were it not for the costs I would have left my son here.

Honestly the best student place ever my studio is huge and very roomy

Currently living here and it's a place that certainly feels quite homely. Rooms are adequately sized with a lovely grey/white toning. Standard En Suites are disappointingly small although. The main complaint is how severely understaffed the place is though. The staff they do have are lovely and don't seem to absolutely despise their existence.
