Fluffy Tails

Have been taking my two dogs to Fluffy Tails for over a year now and they always look and smell great afterwards. I'm very happy with their grooms and my dogs are keen to go in and see Megan every time they go

Megan was a lovely girl but unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. I applaud people starting their own business so even though she only had 1 review which was a 5 and I read through her qualifications and her mission I was happy to take my Bichon to Megan. However I was really disappointed with the end result. His whole head and all 4 legs had not been cut. The only part of his body that looked like it been cut was his middle. His head had definitely not been washed because his ears were still dirty from the ear drops I had been giving him that week. He still smelt so I’m not sure if he had been given 1 bath let alone 2 and all this took 2 hours. I understand to get better at your vocation you need experience but this is something that needs immediate attention if you want customers to return to you.I wish you luck with your business.
