Llangollen Outdoors

My friends and I went rafting with Llangollen Outdoors for my birthday in May. We had a fantastic time and still talk about the fun we had. Our raft guides were friendly and professional and we felt we were in safe hands whilst powering through the rapids. Adrenaline, fun and fantastic views...I would recommend white water rafting with Llangollen outdoors most highly!!

Highly recommended! Had the best time tubing on the river! The staff were amazing and we felt well looked after. The surrounding area is beautiful too, great place for a holiday. Can't wait for another visit this summer!

They took my money (850£ for 17 persons) and we didn't received the service I payed for (white water rafting). They sent an information email to me less than 2 days before the activity I booked saying that they are in a liquidation process and are unable to provide me the service.I am sure that they knew the situation at the moment when I made the payment but they didn't told me anything.

What a fantastic time rafting with my family down the River Dee ! Fantastic scenery, awesome rapids & what a brilliant instructor Sam was ! He really made the rafting a time to remember by challenging us to flip the raft, which we successfully did & just being an awesome dude. 10/10 from the Dumbartons !

Both me and my son had a brilliant time. Good value for money and the staff were great. Will be back for more !

I took my family and friends for a White Water Rafting trip with these guys and I was not disappointed. Great trip and the staff and instructors were amazing, they were very professional and made us feel at ease. I cannot recommend this enough, great day out and great fun all round.

Took girlfriend river tubing for her birthday, great day out staff friendly good knowledge and looked after the whole group very well , would definitely recommend, possibly more rapids could be added to make the day even more memorable but loved it ! Go and give it a go u won't regret it!

Went rafting for a hen do and had an amazing time! The instructors were really friendly and professional, everyone had fun. Would highly reccommend Llangollen Outdoors. Llangollen is a beautiful place too!

Bought a 2 person white water rafting via red letter day for here. Rang to try and book and got through to somebody who gave me available dates. Had to confirm with my girlfriend so said i would ring back. I then tried to contact them for the next 5 DAYS via the phone which just rang and rang. I left voicemails with my details and they never rang back. I spoke to people via their website online chat and left my details and was promised they would call me. They NEVER did. I even contacted them via their facebook page but again they didn't reply!! It's now been 12 days since i last contacted them and STILL no reply. If this is how their customer service is when trying to book a £120 experience is i'm glad i never booked. I have had to go via red letter days (who also tried to contact them and got no response!!!) For a refund. Avoid and go with somebody else.

I used Llangollen outdoors for our annual company away day and team building, and will not hesitate to book again next year. The booking process was simple with everything taken care of for our large group, and the professional guides on the water made everyone feel safe despite the wild rapids on the river. Great feedback from all who attended - it's all everyone can talk about in the office now! What an adventure! Thanks to Josh and the rest of the guides for providing such a great day!
