Honestly this garage is so welcoming and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough for women especially.I realised I have this deep rooted belief that as a women walking into a car garage not knowing much about cars I could get ‘ripped off’ but this is never my experience or feeling when I step into B&M Motoring.As an example,I pulled into the garage the other day after my Coolant Light & Alarm went offDave was so welcoming evening though I arrived without an appointment. He looked at the coolant level explained to me how there’s enough coolant but that it just needed topping up with water the the marked level. 5 mins and I was back on the road.Simple job for him but the whole effortless, easy, caring customer service the garage give is why they are one of the best :)

B M Motoring CentreSeemed very busy that I was offered an appointment after a week. I took my car there because I use the cigarette lighter socket to connect the satnav; the cigarette lighter socket needed checking because the satnav was disconnecting.I went online and found that the whole socket can be replaced in no time. It can be purchased on eBay for my car model at £3.14I was told by B M Motoring Centre to bring it next week and the cost can be as little as few ‘quids’ if it was a simple fuse problem but can reach up to £40 if the whole socket has to be replaced. I assumed the price of the replacement peace is around £5 and the electrician might charge something like £20 as I know it is a straight forward job. I assumed the total charge will never exceed the £40. I was quite clear about my budget and asked many times about the total cost and inquired again by phone so that I will be kept informed.They phoned me to collect the car, and I was shocked when I was billed £90. I told him that this was not what we agreed upon. I asked why they never told me the cost is going to go over the quote so that I can make an informed decision. the new price is beyond my budget and was never agreed upon. I argued that my car is worth about £500, it is ridiculous that its cigarette lighter worth %25 of the total price of the vehicle.In the end he pulled out the cigarette lighter socket that he fitted but did not replace it with the old one, leaving an open hole in the car. He told me that he threw away the old one and I was shocked to see that the original safety cover of the socket was missing. He told me he threw it away as well. I asked him what about my safety? I need to cover up the hole under which there are wires. He told me ‘don’t stick your fingers inside the hole, you will not be electrocuted’.Since that day I did not drive my car. I have worries that part of my hanging clothes will end up touching the wires.

My car's tire was leaking a little air and I asked them to check what the issue was.When I got the invoice I was surprised to see that they had changed two of my tires without any prior communication and approval.The brand of tire they replaced by is one that I wouldn't ever choose on my own and they didn't even ask me, if I would like that one or another.I was close by the reception waiting for the service to be done all the time, but nobody told me anything before, and I didn't have any report of the problem of the car. My car has 17,000 km, not miles, both tires were still in good condition. rotate.I am very frustrated with what happened, I certainly do not intend to do any work with this company ever again.

B M Motoring looked after my clapped out Yaris for many years. Being someone that knows nothing about cars, it was a relief to know I wouldn’t be ripped off. The team always gave me options for price and the work needed and never pressured me in to spending money.I’ve since got a new car and they gave it the once over to make sure the car I’d bought was worth the money paid and that there were no issues that would leave me with a big bill!Everyone is super friendly, honest and upfront.I drive 20 minutes to this garage instead of using one closer because I know I can trust them.All work (around 10 years of visits) has been carried out to a high standard I’ve had no issues with workmanship, service or price!Would highly recommend.

Took my car for a tyre check as 1 of my tyres was losing pressure. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was worried i may have needed to fork out for new tyres, but fortunately was told it was a minor issue with the valve which was replaced. They did this at short notice and in less than 30 mins. I will be using them again when my MOT and service are due.

Absolutely delighted with BM Motors today. We do have our cars Mot and serviced by them and have always been pleased. I had a problem and went up to see them to discuss my options. In my opinion they went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would have no hesitation in recommending this garage. Thank you again I am extremely grateful.

A professional service which isn’t always the case when having tyres fitted. I would not hesitate to come here again.

I send everyone here as it’s the only Garage I trust. They have helped keep all my cars going and always given great advice over the years. I had one car that I wanted to keep going and they could have easily kept me spending money on it but they advised when it was time to move to the next car before wasting any more money which I really appreciated. Everyone is so friendly there so even the kids love to come along when I have to pop in. Highly recommend!

Everyone at BM Motoring are so friendly and helpful. Often as a young woman it can be intimidating walking into garages, you feel like you’ll be ripped off and made to spend more than necessary, but this garage is the complete opposite.I could go to garages much closer to where I live but now I’ve found them they’re my new go-to.Would recommend to everyone! Knowledgeable and helpful mechanics. Especially as a woman, I feel respected and well treated, they take time to explain issues and always try a repair approach over telling me to replace at a much higher cost.
