Ordered soil/rubble grab hire and aggregate delivery. Came when they said they would, very helpful and a good price too.

Do not use this company! Awful service hired a skip and then they ring 2 days later to collect saying this is on the tiny recipt they gave - max 14 day hire!! Never before was there a time limit and they take your money before confirming this. They are going bust- the lady on the phone told us. Avoid!

I have been using these guys for a while now and was very impressed with their attitude and professionalism up until now. They turned up to collect the skip from my drive with no prior warning despite being half full. The driver said they would replace the skip with a smaller one to make up for the fact it was half full; only for them to then go back on this. I was doing some landscaping work on my own and so needed longer usage on the skip. A polite call to discuss the issue would have been good!!

Hired a 6 yd skip for delivery in the morning, booked 5 days prior to delivery. Waited at home to get a phone call at 11am to say it wasn't coming because the driver had decided to go home. Utter waste of time, completely unprofessional and left us in an impossible position trying to find another skip to be delivered before the weekend, and no one has any availability until next week. Meaning we had to cancel our builder's job. Go elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I had ordered 3 trucks (20t each) of premium-grade topsoil. The first two trucks were delivered with good quality topsoil, on time, as expected. However, the third truck was not only a few hours late (leaving my workers with nothing to do and wasting my money), it also was of abysmal quality compared to the previous deliveries, with rocks, concrete and gravel mixed in. Having seen this, I called in to the office and made a complaint about the terrible quality of the delivered soil, and the lady who answered the phone told me that the manager was away and would give me a call back the next day. It's been over a week now, and they still haven't bothered to call. Overall terrible customer service, and they don't care about delivering quality goods after they receive money.
