Rock the Park Wrexham

Went to the Friday night event. All original dance artists, who were amazing!! Well organised and any trouble was dealt with immediately. Lots of food and drinks stalls to choose from. Plus quite a large fair, didn't get prices as was watching the artists. More bins needed as the rubbish was mounting up quickly. Overall an excellent event and hopefully carry on for many more years.

Never got to go to the concert, as due to their mess up, the new dates clashed with my work.They promised refunds but never delivered.Now have a CCJ against them, bailiffs to be instructed soon, and along with many others, I’ve been contacted by Wrexham council for more information as they are investigating them due to the number of complaints they’ve had from both customers who’ve not had refunds and contractors at the event who haven’t been paid.If you’ve been stung by this company and are trying to get a refund but haven’t received it, report them to trading standards and open a small claims against them as others have already, all their company information is available on companies house.

Absolutely amazing experience and will definitely become again next year 10/10 especially Scooter !!!

Great bands, stages, sound systems. Some good food. Needs a drinking water tap in the arena.(Needs adequate preparation for helping the audience to drive uphill out of the car park through the mud, after a day of rain. So many of us got stuck and risked injury pushing each other's cars.)

absolutely disgraceful. i cannot belive the director of this has mugged everyone off! such a scam do not buy tickets. been waiting months for a refund for a festival that has hasn’t!! absolute joke

Would give 0 if I could. Took our money for 2022, event cancelled because of mistakes their end. Never refunded. They claim on Facebook they have refunded everyone - but I know from my experience, and the several comments on Facebook each week, and a few Google Reviews, they haven't refunded.Don't Go to the event - they'll take your money and run!
