Just finished a 5 week session with Tim. When I first started treatment I could barely walk due to the crippling pain. I can honestly say the treatment was outstanding and I am very satisfied with the service. Will keep doing my stretching. 10 /10

I had a consultation with Sophie for a sore lower back/hip. I can only commend Sophie given her caring, friendly and professional approach. Her diagnosis was perfect and the recommended stretches have worked wonders. £55 is a bargain to have no more pain. I also found the receptionist to be very friendly and professional too.

Was treated for lower back pain over a couple of sessions by Sophie. She asked some questions, examined my back, and determined to cause of what i was complaining about. Sophie showed me the correct stretches and exercises to do in order to alleviate the pain. Felt results in a matter of days, and my back is now no longer giving me any problems. Would highly recommend

wow what a difference! On Saturday I could hardly walk due to pelvic pain in pregnancy, and was starting to think about trying to start my maternity leave early, booked in to see Tim on Monday and I can't believe the difference now! I'm not even taking paracetamol anymore. Best £50 I have ever spent.

This is the second time I ve been treated by Tim. What a professional and effective service. Glad to be pain free!

Unfortunately, I am someone who suffered spinal trauma fifteen years ago. As a result, I developed what is called chronic pain. I keep pain down as much as possible by seeing an osteopath each week; and have done that for many years. For me, osteopathy works better than anything else I have tried.After moving to Glasgow, and after consulting several other osteopaths in local area; I met Mr. Asif Allaudin in May 2017. He took time to answer my concerns, and has been treating me weekly since that first meeting. Over that time, he has been open to treating me in a way that I have found worked in past. Not all practitioners are as flexible, adaptable, or so willing to listen and talk things over. I appreciate his skill and that is why I continue to be treated by him.If you have pain, I would recommend consulting him to see if he can help you, too.

Tim is a god send. My 10 year old daughter has a rare condition called Juvenile Osteoporosis. He really helps her more than any other treatment or medicine!Very professional, knowledgeable and just allround lovely man.
